Update to Delivery of Your Tax Documents

As we prepare for the 2024 tax season, we want to inform you of a change to the delivery of your tax statement.

If you have elected to receive your statements electronically, you will receive your 2024 tax statement electronically only. Your tax forms for the year-end will automatically be archived in the Tax Documents section within Spectra’s eDocuments portal through Online Banking.

If you currently receive your statements by mail and want to sign up for electronic delivery, please log into Online Banking, select eDocuments, and complete the enrollment form. Once you enroll in eDocuments, you will no longer receive your statements or tax documents through the postal mail.

Enrolling in electronic documents comes with two benefits:

  • You will be able to securely view your statements and tax documents as soon as they are available.
  • You will not have to pay the $2 paper statement fee.

If you still need to sign up for Online Banking, click Enroll in the Online Banking box on the homepage.

Please take this opportunity to ensure your contact information is up to date. You can update it in Online Banking under Services > Update Contact Info, or feel free to call our Communications Center at 301-839-8400.
