Mobile Wallets create an electronic version of your debit and credit cards, assigning them device account numbers for added protection. Once enrolled, you can use Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Android Pay, Microsoft Wallet, or Visa Checkout at participating merchants who accept this form of payment.

Spectra Visa® Check Cards and all Spectra Credit Cards are eligible for these mobile wallets.
Immediately notify us by calling (301) 839-8400 or (800) 526-6661 and also your phone carrier. We will stop access to your cards through the use of the mobile wallet. Since your card numbers are not stored on the device, we can place a hold on the wallet without impacting your Spectra credit or debit card. Your current card(s) will not need to be replaced.

If your Spectra debit or credit card is lost or stolen, please notify us immediately at (301) 839-8400 or (800) 526-6661. We will cancel your card and issue you a new card. Once you activate your new card, you will need to enroll your new card in the digital wallet of your choice.

No, your card numbers are not stored in your phone and they are not passed to the merchant when using Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Android Pay, Microsoft Wallet, or Visa Checkout. Only a device or token number is used with the merchant, which helps reduce the potential for fraud.
Yes, you can enroll more than one Spectra credit and/or debit card, however, some wallets have a limit on how many cards you can enroll. You will be prompted to authenticate each new card you enroll, and you may also contact the phone number provided in-app for any assistance with authenticating.
You may use the Spectra cards in your mobile wallet in any non-sanctioned country where your mobile wallet is accepted, and for any transaction that is not illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Regular transaction fees apply.
You may still have the previous version of the Microsoft Wallet app that does not have a tab for Payments. Be sure that you have the latest version of the Microsoft Wallet app, build 2.0.16195 or higher. You can find this information in Microsoft Wallet app.
If you don’t yet have the updated app, be sure to check:
- That you have an eligible Window 10 Mobile phone (950, 950 XL, 650)
- That you have the Anniversary Update installed (Win10 OS build 10.0.14383.0 or higher)
